Cloud and pour point apparatus   LI-C034 (As per IP 15 & IS 1448 (P:10) – 1970 Standards)

The Cloud and Pour Point Apparatus is a precision instrument designed to determine the cloud point and pour point of petroleum products, oils, and lubricants in accordance with IP 15 and IS 1448 (P:10) – 1970. It helps identify the lowest temperature at which oil begins to form wax crystals (cloud point) and the temperature at which it ceases to flow (pour point), which are critical parameters for evaluating fluid performance in cold conditions.The apparatus consists of a stainlesssteel cooling bath fitted with a drain plug and cover. The bath is insulated & provided with a filling aperture for adding the freezing mixture to maintain the required low temperatures. A sturdy stand unit supports the bath, and provisions are made for fitting a thermometer to monitor temperature accurately.
